This hotel is a great value for money! It's located so close to all the activities, especially near the Tongariro national park which is a good point. The rooms with a king-sized bed were comfortable and had basic amenities like a shared bathroom and kitchen with toilet attached. Additionally, breakfast was provided which was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay in a cozy self, contained unit with a comfortable king, sized bed, which was clean and warm. the hosts were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our little deck. the kitchen facilities were great and well, equipped, and the bathrooms were clean and maintained. the location was perfect for hiking and had a lovely natural atmosphere.

The trampoline was broken, which was a shame as we were hoping to jump on it.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Tongariro National Park which is perfect for nature lovers. The rooms with kitchen and toilet attached are an added bonus and provide value for money. The staff here are friendly and provide great service. Breakfast is served and is a good way to start the day.

Stayed here during Christmas and loved the cozy cabins! The kitchen was well-equipped, clean, with enough tables to eat, and plenty of hot water available. The staff was very friendly, informative, and made us feel at home. Loved the fact that it was just a short drive to the beach and the mountains, with beautiful forest views. We also appreciated the affordable price of the cabins.

The cabins could have had a heater installed as it got chilly at night, and it was tricky regulating the temperature with the window open. , there was no phone signal or internet connection available in the cabins, which we found inconvenient.

Convenient pick-up and drop-off location for the Tongariro Crossing. Queen bed and bunks were comfortable with heaters to keep us warm. Great information from the staff. Close to the walks.

The cabin I stayed in had comfortable beds and clean linen. the view from the cabin was amazing, and I loved the fresh mountain air. the cabin was also located close to the national park and other tourist attractions.

The shared bathroom was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. the shower was also not functioning well, and the hot water took too long to heat up.

Awesomely friendly welcome and daily ski weather updates, spacious and immaculately clean facilities, cozy and affordable family cabin, short drive to Mt Ruapehu, warm room and comfortable beds, perfectly clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was amazing: the room, as well as the shared kitchen and dining area, were super clean. The hotel facilities were great, including a spa bath that was a real treat after a long day of hiking. The staff was also helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, providing useful information about the weather conditions for my hike. Finally, the location was perfect, being close to great skiing and hiking opportunities.
